The Association will be holding its 64th Annual General Meeting for members on Thursday, April 22 at 3:00pm via video conference.  Each member company is invited to attend the virtual AGM.

To confirm your participation for the virtual AGM, please RSVP to Margaret Saccardo, Marketing Coordinator, at margaret.saccardo@oswca.org. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a calendar invitation with details and the link for the AGM.

If you are unable to participate, please complete and return the original Instrument of Proxy form to Margaret Saccardo, Marketing Coordinator at margaret.saccardo@oswca.org.

CONTRACTOR MEMBERS

With respect to the election of the GTSWCA Board of Directors, there are 4 Directors whose current terms conclude at the AGM.  As indicated in section 12.03 of the bylaws, the Nominating Committee has recommended the following candidates to refill these positions:

Vince Bellissimo                     Timbel Ltd.

Jim D'Orazio                          D'Orazio Infrastrucutre 

Bobby Pillitteri                      CDC Contracting 

Vince Ricciuti                        Condrain Group

If you are interested in nominating an additional candidate, please complete and obtain the appropriate signatures on the Nomination Consent to Act form. Nominations must be received by the Association no later than April 8, 2021. Due to the circumstances created by COVID-19, we will not be accepting nomination forms the day of the 2021 AGM. This practice will resume at the next ‘in-person’ AGM.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Under the direction of the GTSWCA Board of Directors, nominations for the Associate Board will not take place at this year's AGM and will resume in 2022.
